Fitzgerald’s GrayLastic form liners provide maximum design latitude for precast or cast-in-place applications. They are ideally suited for large areas of coverage where extended form liner reuse is likely.
Benefits:
- Realistic replication
- High durability
- Seamless finishes
- Wide range of sizes
- Easily installed
- Design Versatility
Beautiful stone walls, timber wood paneling, sculptures — virtually any undercut design — will be reproduced with amazingly faithful detail using GrayLastic form liners. Numerous standard patterns are available. Our Design Department is also available to help give life to your creative ideas.
Seamless Finish
Patterns can flow from one panel to the next, around columns and other curved surfaces. The appearance of an entirely seamless finish is possible by way of end-to-end, side-to-side panel matching.
GrayLastic form liners are also easily filled to conceal joints and/or sanded to eliminate unwanted variations in the seam area. Custom-molded reveals are available on many patterns.
Durability
GrayLastic is manufactured from 100% solid urethane and mold bonded to 0.75 inch ACX plywood. Because GrayLastic form liners are highly durable, they overcome virtually all potential problems resulting from temperature change, chemical releases and concrete form pressures. They have expansion/contraction characteristics similar to steel, and therefore require no special provisions for job conditions. GrayLastic form liners will withstand temperatures up to 140 degrees Fahrenheit without distorting or sagging, and will endure freezing temperatures without cracking or becoming brittle.
Economy
GrayLastic form liners may be re-used up to 100 times, making them extremely economical for the right application. Also, the aesthetic value of many customer designs can make the return on investment even greater!
Ease of Use
Because Fitzgerald’s form liners are factory bonded to plywood, they may be easily attached to wood, steel, aluminum, fiberglass or other concrete forming surfaces. Staples, nails, screws and exotic bonding formulas are unnecessary. T-nuts for attaching formliners to steel forms are optional.
Dimensions
Lengths up to 24 feet are available for many patterns — larger sizes are available by special order. GrayLastic form liners are easily field-cut to fit odd size requirements.
